El personal del mismo como el del valet, poco colaborador y bastantes antipaticos. El acceso a las habitaciones, pese a tener un sistema de control, no es implementado y no hay personal que chequee la posesion de la tarjeta, lo cual permite que gente no alojada acceda al bar del piso 54. "I was confused on the $40 daily food fee. It wasn’t explained to me well when I checked in. I thought it was an option. When I went to check out, I was told I had to “use it or lose it” so I had to rush to eat breakfast in order to meet that $40 to make a scheduled appointment. I don’t like finding out about hidden fees or things I’m required to use with the risk of being charged."
