"Had a beautiful stay! Let the staff know before hand it was my birthday and they left me a card and complimentary snacks. Room was clean, hotel was spotless. Also, Evon is the best!! Greatest staff in NYC."

"The front reception staff was very nice. The room 808 toilet hanger was loose and didn’t flush properly. I had to open the top of the tank to adjust the water pressure. The bath shower handler came out of the shower. I stayed only one night and it was enough. Hopefully, they fix it first the next customer."

"The room was not what I had ordered. It was a Queen/full… not a King. There was barely enough space in the room to walk. The breakfast setup was bizarre. You had to pay but then go down to the lobby to get in line to go back up to floor 5. Then you had to wait in line to proceed, then wait in line again to be seated. Food was good. I’ll say that much. What was not good was only cool water in AM for shower. What was very bad was the Air Conditioning and heat system. When it came on it sounded...

"The room was a good size for Manhattan and the property is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room on the 2nd floor looked out onto 8th Ave, and the noise from the road works could be heard from the room, whihc was the only minor point. Some better sound proofing of the windows would improve things - otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

"Two friends and I stayed here for one night on Mother's Day weekend. The hotel was very well kept and clean, and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a nice view. I would stay here again, and would recommend the Hyatt to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Broadway for easy walking access to the theaters (and many other destinations such as Times Square and Rockefeller Center). "

"We stayed here during Mother Day weekend 2026 and had the Premium King room. The room was adequately sized, the bathroom was huge and everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff were great and having the onsite restaurant as an option was also a plus. The location was perfect since there was a parking garage immediately across the street and it was less than 1/2 a block away from Times Square. It was extremely convenient and I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Had an issue with our shower door not opening and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. Every member of the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was a good plus and the coffee was spot on!"
