"It was neat and clean. Everything worked as intended. The beds and pillows were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lobby is easily accessible and has a convenient entrance to the mall. Has a 7-11 near the lobby to get the amenities. Overall, a stress-free stay"

"The staff at this hotel are professional, clear and very helpful. I had a very small room. The planning of the room didn’t take comfort of guests into consideration. No proper place to charge the phone. No proper lighting in the bathroom for a comfortable shave. Misplaced TV. The music in the lobby was so loud 24 hours. Not sure its good for the staff let alone passing guests. Breakfast is also served in the lobby. Could'nt imagine being enjoyable eating there with the music. Others guests...

"Spacious room for a family of three with an extra single bed apart from double bed. Only minus is that there is no bathroom door, it’s an open bathroom so if u are sharing with child or family, there is a privacy issue. Otherwise Very good central location in bukit bintang. All shopping close by. "
