"Had a great stay at the hotel. The only issues were when calling Grab. It will be a long wait because of the traffic jam. Highly suggest to use the train service whenever applicable as often as possible to save time. For the room, it is well maintained although looked slightly old. Regardless, it is still a great experience. The staffs are really friendly and patience. I just want to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Farizan and his team for helping me out with my misplaced phone charger earlier...

"Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again."
