"The staff were so friendly. They had a very clean room available to us last minute for a great price. We got the studio which came with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop! They even had utensils, cups, plates, a toaster, pots and pans etc for us to use. It made us feel right at home. There was a great workspace available as well. The bathroom was nice and clean and I appreciated that they had liquid hand soap available and not just those soap bars that every hotel has. Only...

"Highs: Comfy, spacious room with comfortable beds. GREAT pool... nice and warm and with a hot tub. Friendly staff, spacious lobby, plenty of USB charging ports in the room. Gym was overall nice, but some important buttons on the Precor elliptical were not working (like the quick start button, ramp height, and resistance setting). The elliptical needs maintenance. Lows: Only one low, the breakfast. Limited options and low quality (undercooked biscuits, watery sausage gravy, watery eggs,...

"The room was pretty clean and almost everything was perfect for us. We are not very picky BUT I expect hotel beds to be GOOD at least. The beds here are awful. The main king bed was almost as uncomfortable as the pull out couch. I did not sleep well here. The staff and front desk people were really nice, so I didn't want to have anything bad to say."
