"Clean, friendly staff, parking isn't free but daily charge is only £10 but limited, comfy bed, no storage, only hanger and wall hooks, perfect for 1-2 nights but we stayed for 4 so it started to get uncomfortable, especially no table, 1 chair and fixed in place cushion seat."

"Great basic hotel for an overnight stay whilst visiting the Barbican. Tempermental air conditioning. Would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water in the room. Staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Very easy check in and check out. Would stay again. "

"Would not stay again.
Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us.
We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels.
The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent...

"The place is OK as a base which we used it for whilst we were in the area. The food was nice with the added beneit of a Gluten free menu and they do have separate prep areas for food.
Rooms nice, although a little dated and some need a little attention in places.
Reasonably priced for both food and drink, service can be a little slow at times. Bar area gets busy we tended to sit in the restaurant area as it was more quieter.
Breakfasts tasty, good selection of food and hot food if you want...
