"Nice stay. The only thing I didn’t like were the elevators. It took long for the elevators to arrive and once you got on, it would skip your floor. Super confusing system in my opinion."

"Nicole greeted us promptly on a rainy day! She honestly made our trip so worth it and an overall great experience. Literally putting us at ease. The buffet breakfast was honestly so fresh and customer service- as a Texan I have to say Rahman was so attentive and kind to us during our stay. Staff was more than ready to help anytime of day, with a smile. We would step out and comeback to a clean room with the beds made. Willing to hold your bags before or after checkout!! Rare in NY in my opinion "
