"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting. "Ficamos em um quarto privativo, ele era bem pequeno, mas atendeu bem. Faziam limpeza do chão todo dia, o que foi ótimo. Só sentimos falta de mais ganchos ou prateleiras para pendurar nossas coisas. As tomadas eram localizadas em pontos muito altos do quarto, faltando praticidade. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que subir muitas escadas diariamente. Pelo lado bom, gostamos da localização (dá para ir a pé para alguns principais pontos de Londres e tem uma parada de ônibus...

"Treated myself to a relaxing staycation and the hotel was really amazing. The room was spacious and on a very hot day in London to come into a wonderfully airconditoned room was bliss. The spa and gym was also great, I can’t fault it. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay."

"This hotel was quiet, no noise from the street came into the room, and our room was very comfortable. There is a great variety of restaurants within a ten minute walk. If you fly into Gatwick, you can take the Tube to a station nearby. But if you fly into Heathrow, you will have to take a taxi or an Uber. Both are fine options, just something to consider. "

"C’était un petit appartement coquet, bien aménagé et très propre. C’était aussi très bien situé. Seuls petits bémols: c’était au 3e étage sans ascenseur (difficile pour mon père) et le futon dans le salon n’était pas confortable."

"We were welcomed by all the staff who saw us which was lovely. We were given information and tips on where to eat and drink as well as clear instructions on room services. All the staff we bumped into from managers to cleaning crew were professional and very polite. We will definitely stay and recommend Thank you"
