"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "

"It was a beautiful place to stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful."

"What a hidden gem, we absolutely loved the location and house. The walk to the beach was much shorter than it looked on the map. The downstairs bedrooms were great for our early morning people. We loved grilling in the evening and enjoying pool. The house was perfect for an extended family vacation. Very easy communication with the owner. We will definitely book again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!"

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. During a previous visit to this same property, we had a convenient access point just a block away (Miami St) ....

"Very clean, well appointed, walking distance to the music venue. Spectacular gulf views. Easy check in and out. Hope to go back next year to this same unit!"

"On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place."

"The house was beautiful and laid out very nice for multiple families to stay together but still have their own space with bedrooms with all king beds and bathrooms. The only downside for us was a lack of outlets for electronics and night stand fans/lights in the kids bunk room. The family room area is small for a house that sleeps 14 people. But not really an issue if you have good weather and spend your time in the balconies or at the beach. The beach and access to beach were perfect and having...

"Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. "

"We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

"The condo was very clean and well kept. The building was easy to navigate. Easy parking. Condo included necessary items to have meals in the rooms. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay. "
