"We had a great stay at this place. Certainly, the place was in 5 star condition. The pictures are accurate to what the place looks like and it’s in a great spot. If it were based on that alone, it would be 5 stars. Some issues we had were: 1. The rules were not sent to us until midnight the day before. " This is not a hotel, it’s a timeshare. Upon arrival they told us we will have a room change the next morning because the people assigned to the time-share will be arriving the next day. The condos are not cleaned thoroughly, we had to ask the front desk to send someone to vacuum the carpet of our second condo; it was obviously dirty with food crumbs, toe nails, dirt. They don’t dust either, we ended up doing our own dusting and cleaning surfaces once we moved in. The couches are old and...

"The property was located in a great area. Easy access to pool and beach with Beach Bar and Whales Tail close by. My only negative is if you read the description it states bedroom (2) has a king bed also. It is actually a full and it says that in another area, but I missed that part. With two couples I probably would have passed as one couple got stuck in a full which was a little tight. Overall though great place and great time with amazing view "

"Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. "
