Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach
"The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them ..."

Bay Club of Sandestin
"It was definitely what we needed and I want to thank the maintenance guy for helping us out with the refrigerator and plus the lady at the front desk she was very nice and very helpful and they both love their job. Love it .we will be back"
