"The condo was amazing and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The hosts were very quick to respond to everything. They had donuts waiting for our children and when we had an issue with the coffee pot in the unit they immediately had a new one with coffee to go with it delivered to the door. The price was amazing for the location. I couldn’t recommend this location enough! We will Definitely be staying here again. "

"STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

"This is as our second time staying at this resort but the first time at this condo and we LOVED it! The water pressure was awesome, top floor, great views and huge! It was just my husband and myself staying this time but we could have easily fit our kids here with us too. They even had beach toys for use in the closet and cleaning products to help keep the sand up during your stay. Highly recommend! Communication was perfect as well! "
