Carole was very nice and responded quickly, and her place was so homey! We walked right over to the bike rental and everything we wanted to see was a 10 minute easy bike ride. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is in a great location and it is affordable. Its clean and has everything 1 or 2 adults need for a nice stay. The owner is very responsive. The only issue we had was the individuals in the apartment above us were very noisy, sometimes into the night. This isnt the fault of the proprietor, just something to be aware of so you can bring earplugs, etc, if needed. I would definitely stay here again it is right across the street from the beach and parking was super convenient.

This is our second trip to the Beach Peach. We’ve had some good memories here. Like the area and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. And Mrs Carole is very good at communicating with you. Would highly recommend .

Just as pictured

This property is pretty accurate based on the pictures! We had an easy check in and great communication from Carol. The pool area was nice and the beach was just a few minute walk. The property seemed pretty clean, the only thing we noticed were some spots on the bet sheets. But I felt like the place was cleaned well enough! We stayed for a few days and enjoyed our relaxing vacation!

Poor upkeep and absentee management

It took 4 attempts to reach Carol to get the code. Odor in room. Cigarette butts at front door. Floor dirty. Toilet dirty. Bathtub creaked and groaned under my 115 lbs. Towels thin. Murphy bed uncomfortable, and not securely set up. It collapsed to the floor under us 2 petite 60 year old ladies the first night. Found used Q-tip between mattress cover and bottom sheet. Was bed even changed??? Glasses had greasy fingerprints on them. Patio cluttered and dirty. Internet was out most of the time. The LOCATION was fabulous, though! Walked and biked to beaches, shops, restaurants! Just beautiful!

The pictures do not properly describe the property. The unit reminded me of the 70’s. Needs updating and very dated. We could hear the upstairs person walking around from 2am until 5am and hard to sleep. Location was good. Owner very pleasant.

I knew the property was out-dated due to the pictures I viewed before booking, and the other guest reviews, but it was fine for a place to crash after beaching all day for 2.5 days. HOWEVER.. you would think when owning a business, renting a property, etc (anything in customer service really) you would know how to talk to people and be kind. I read 2 reviews stating if you had to talk to the property owner, she was rude. I dismissed it in my mind bc I just needed a quick place to stay for a few days. But the email I got about 3 weeks before the trip stated to call at check-in time and she would give you the code to the door. I called VRBO bc the email they (she) sent out did not have her phone number listed ANYWHERE in it. I read it twice, skimmed it a few times, and my husband also read it. When I called she was extremely rude saying she had never had anyone EVER call her for this problem and I told her I was very sorry but I read it multiple times and it wasn’t in there. She continued to argue with me for almost 12 minutes, making me feel stupid for even calling. She ended the phone call saying “I’ll call you at 4, how about that..” When she called at 4 she was rude again stating 3 more times that “My phone number was CLEARLY listed in the emailed, TWICE actually, that was sent in June. Whatever, water under the bridge.” Then gave me the code. Her tone changed and said my name was pretty so I’m sure you’re a pretty girl and I hope you give me a good review… ridiculous.

Nice little slice of heaven.

Carole's place was a great place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach. It was exactly how it is described in the listing. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was right outside the back door. Carole was quick to respond and very delightful to speak with. My family really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Another Great Stay

Carole was easy to get in touch with. Place was clean. Even the property manager was out keeping common areas clean. Only drawback is whoever is above you, but this time they were parents of small kids as well so nights were early and days were quiet for the most part. We’ll be staying again.

As advertised

A little dated but spotless and very practical for our needs! The beach access is directly across the street. The pool is directly outside the back door. 30A is ideal for those who enjoy less touristy areas. Perfect for a couple. Great restaurants within walking distance. Publix is less than 5 min drive. Carole was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful well maintained beach condo. The owner couldn't be nicer and makes you feel like her family. Definitely a place worth returning.

Very dated and Dingy

This property was very dated. It really need a update. The decor was really dated. The furniture was old and nasty. The pullout sofa was very uncomforable. The springs were visible and uncomfortable. The trundle bed kept fall down. One time it fell on my foot. The stove was old/ dated it worked half of the time. The bath towels were very dingy. If you are going to use white towels use cleaner ones. The host said I could use the seasonings in the cabinet but they were so old and hard I could'nt use them. The fan in the living area we couldn't turn it off. Yes it was very close to the beach thats the inly good thing I really can say about this property.

Great place to stay

Ours was a short, 2-night. We stayed in the room since we were on the beach primarily for sleeping and a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The restaurants we ate at were merely blocks away from our room. This was just perfect for our needs.
