"Overall the property is excellent being in a great location, safe, etc. Be aware that an “A” room is an add on room to a suite. So there is no kitchen or living room area. It is basically a hotel room with a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a few dishes. The sink is actually the bathroom sink. My bed had sand in it the first night and had a dirty spot on it, so the bed sheets had not been changed. The room could use some paint. The room does come with an...

"Great place and terrific location to Seaside."

"Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. "

"Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. "

"Loved the property. More than enough rooms and privacy for everyone. Location to the beach was great. Usage of the golf cart was not clear but we were able to get better information. Responsiveness of your staff was great especially since we locked ourselves out of the house. "

"House need more cookware, only 3 cooking pans available. The dryer didn't work, I reported it and they send someone but he had to wait on the part to fix it. The fridge needs to be replaced, doors doesn't stay closed and missing some glass shelves and drawers. WiFi didn't work majority of the time."
