"La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. Personale simpatico, disponibile e pulizia degli ambienti eccezzionale, piscina compresa. Adatto anche ai bambini, specialmente la seconda...

"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"Appartamenti belli,curati e puliti,in un borgo esclusivo e tranquillo ad un passo dalle splendide Oasi terme…per non parlare del ristorante con i salumi speciali del loro allevamento e i vini di loro produzione,la gentilezza di Simona sempre disponibile e la simpatia del patron Luigi….insomma week end bellissimo STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!"

"Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "

"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."
