"We liked everything but the person checking us in mid afternoon on a Wednesday. She never smiled or acted welcoming. Very business like with no smile and curt reply’s. We’ve stayed two times in different weeks and it was the same person both times. Same reaction both times. Needs a personality update!"

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"First off the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with each interaction. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nicely decorated and sizeable. Our only complaint was that the bar area did not have it's own trash receptacle, the only other one in the room was tiny. It is hard to clean up properly when you don't have enough space for your trash. Won't stop us from returning however. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

When my wife went to get in the shower and she grabbed a bath towel to put by the shower door a huge moth flew out of the towel. If you are on any floor other than the first expect to wait a while for the elevator. Low stock in the 24 hour store."
