"Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and...

"The unit was as described. It was clean albeit a bit dated. It had all basic supplies eg tea bags, milk, dishwasher tablets etc. The view was better than expected- you can’t see the lake but you can see the tops of some mountains. Nowhere in the description does it highlight exactly how not private the unit is. It’s right next to the main walkway between the two buildings and everyone who goes from one building to the other walks past large windows that looks straight into the lounge...
