"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"Staff is super friendly. I stayed in a private room for 1 person, it had all I needed: spacious bed, private bathroom, a mini fridge and coffee! The location is perfect, walking distance from all restaurants and just in front of the lake. Good thing they have elevators! Being on a 3rd floor and no elevator would’ve been painful Definitely a place to stay! "

"The hotel location is very good with an amazing view from the balcony. However the facilities are not at a great level compared with other 5 star hotels. The exit green lights in the room can’t be turned off at night, which is a joke. Hotel staff is friendly but it doesn’t worth the money. "

"Our last nights in Queenstown were enhanced with the awesome room which included laundry in the room. Bathroom had heated towel bar. We were able to wash all our cloths before leaving for home which was a big convivence not having to perform that choir after the trip."

"簡単に言えば「文句はないものの高い」というところか。 街の中心地に徒歩数分で行けるので便利な立地だが、その分割高。ただ、クイーンズタウン全般にNZの他の都市と比べても割高感があるので仕方ないのかもしれない。設備は4星ホテルとしては全く問題ない。古い建物だがメンテナンスは良くされていた印象。スタッフの方も皆さん感じが良かった。"
