"We had a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking the lake.
Pros:
1) The lake view is amazing.
2)The beds and couches were very comfortable.
3)The kitchen was well equipped.
4)Parking was always available when we needed it.
5) The washer/dryer combo unit was handy but allow extra time for air drying of clothes after use on the provided drying rack.

1) We were given an accessible room but we did not require those capabilities. The shower does not drain well and the...

"Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived"

"I never do negative reviews but don’t stay here. We checked in around 5-6pm and they told us we had to wait an hour for our booking to be ready. There was no car parking available so we had to park across the road up a hill on side of road along with other hotel guests. No sauna, gym etc. The view was a small window that just showed the scaffolding. I go to Queenstown multiple times throughout the year and I’ve never had accomodation as poor as this.
