"I've been twice now to WELCOME INNS, lovely hotel. Everyone are very pleasant, helpfull. Always clean and we love the quietness when staying in room."

Only unfortunate thing was my room was on the 16th floor but it faced east and the truck noise was very loud from the street which made keeping the windows or balcony door impossible. I would ask for a west-facing room next time. Otherwise great spot. "

"It’s a dorm room in a super good location for a great price. It’s clean. It’s private. Private bathroom. WiFi works. Spacious and quiet. If you want a 5 star treatment don’t stay here. If you want a clean and inexpensive spot to rest your head this is a good option. The only negative is having to pay for parking. But that seems to be the pain of visiting and staying in Ottawa. "

"It was a one night stay for business. I would have liked to see a clock on the bedside table so I didn't have to fumble around to find my phone and time in the middle of the night. Also, there was no safe in the room. No ability to lock valuables therefore I had to carry them with me which I didn't want."

"Hotel was very nice, quite comfortable and clean. Stayed two nights. Close to downtown Ottawa. A bit confusing walking around the hotel and no elevator to 2nd floor. The spa hot tub and sauna was wonderful and a great perk. Only complaint is no breakfast and restaurant doesn’t open until 11:00 am"

"My only complaint is that the tv options were lacking, no way to cast to the TV, no option on the TV for Netflix or Disney. And the only movies available for rent were not even new movies. Everything else about our stay exceeded expectations. "
