"Customer Service was great. Location is walking distance to almost everything. It is right next to Sao Bento train station. It's a newer structure so it has modern amenities. Highly recommended!"

"This was simply wonderful. The historical background made this a unique stay. The two floor apartment, which included a washer, was very spacious, well-decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious with lots of hot water. The AC worked really well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. "The apartment itself was great, clean modern all the goodies in the kitchen BUT BEWARE THE STEPS! Maybe it is written somewhere in the description but if so, I missed it. Our driver dropped us off at the bottom of the steps and said it's up there - we climbed 124 irregular stone steps (old city, lots of uneveness) with our luggage to get to it. The city is hilly, so we were halfway to the things at the top and halfway to the things at the river."

"We had a wonderful time in this charming apartment. Located right in middle of city, walking to everything. It is a tight squeeze. We had family of four- two adult children.
