"Terrific room for the price point. I came up for the Knicks Finals games and I needed a small room for a single person. The room was exactly the size I needed, the bathroom was huge, and the price was very affordable. Clean room, great location near the subway and bus routes, and it's next door to a small grocery store. Definitely will be coming back!"

"Very convenient location! The provided breakfast needs some improvement such as more variety, better food, and staff service. Some Laundry machines are out of order and in general they are poorly maintained!"

"We came from Michigan during the beginning of summer. The hotel is right smack in the middle of Long Island City with a ton of food options, dominantly Asian which was awesome. Amazing area, went on plenty of walks or getting back from the city real late and we never felt in danger or cautious. Breakfast is good nothing crazy but gets you started for the day and that’s all that counts."

"For NYC standards and a pod, our bunk room was nice. Obviously not spacious but it had a good layout and the bathroom was big enough."

"The room was very well laid out and very clean. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of items. The food was good. The staff was helpful and friendly.We needed transportation to the airport and a staff member set that up for us. The driver was professional and did a great job getting us to the airport .Overall it was a great stay. We always choose Residence Inn Marriotts and have never been disappointed."

"The staff were great. The hallways to the rooms were old, had an odor and desperately needs an update . The room itself was large but very dated, I’m unsure where the pictures on the website were taken but our room for sure was not used. We had a garden view which was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I would not stay here again."

"I will never stay here again. Checked into my room. AC was broken and room was 80 degrees. I had booked a king sized bed but my room only had a queen. They didn’t tell me this on check in. They clearly knew the AC was busted because the window was open when I entered the room. They didn’t proactively do anything. I ended up checking out and finding another hotel. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Management does not care. No follow up. Nothing. My colleague also...
