"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional. The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction. "

"Loved our room. Most attentive staff in years. Truly a luxurious hotel experience. Two elevators so no waiting. The largest room for the price I've ever had in NYC. Great stay in every way!"

"Loved this hotel! Great esthetic, extremely clean and the rooms aren’t tiny. Convenient location to grand central - literally a 3 min walk. Would stay again!"

"Struttura comoda, pulita e ben posizionata."

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. I will be back!!"

"Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great."

"The room was very small but clean and charming. Plenty of windows and natural light. The staff could have been a little bit more helpful"

Plenty of great food within 2-3 blocks. The area around the property...
