"The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was not the most helpful. Checking in, another customer couldn’t get their tv to work and the lady at the counter said he could try the ones in the lobby but also said “I don’t know how to so you have to figure it out” the next morning I was by the entrance which was directly by breakfast due to a very small lobby, I had our dog while waiting for my daughters getting breakfast. "Stayed here in two rooms as a party of 6. We enjoy Hyatt Place properties a lot and this one was just like the rest. At check in, the staff checked to see if we needed anything, and rearranged our room assignments to be closer together. Clean property. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport with Marisol (she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with luggage)."

"The pool was filthy and stayed filthy it needed to be vacuumed badly. A man came while we were at the pool and only cleaned one skimmer. Never skimmed the pool or vacuumed it. The filter didn’t work well bc there were decaying insects in the water for two days"
