A lost paradise found!

Situated in a luxury gated residence along the Menaggio coast of Gaeta, this holiday home enjoys the very best lakefront views over stunning Lake Como!

The property enjoys bright and spacious open plan living with a large and inviting main reception perfect for a relaxed and informal holiday stay with contemporary wicker sofas, a TV and family friendly dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
A fabulous view of Bellagio and the famous fork of Lake Como can be enjoyed from the sliding glass doors, which open and lead out onto a private covered terrace balcony.

Here guests can enjoy authentic Italian alfresco dining and make the most of the incredible views of the resident poolside Bellagio peninsular.

The bright and spacious sleeping accommodation is flexible and perfect for both travelling couples and families, with a large master double with modern bathtub en-suite and a second large bedroom furnished with also a double bed.

The principal family bathroom is fitted with a bath tub, a spacious vanity area with his and hers washbasins and a WC and bidet.

A private parking space, suitable for a small car, is provided with the property and guests can enjoy a both relaxing and action packed holiday, with a fantastic outdoor shared swimming pool to enjoy cooling down and relaxing by with a good book and all the central lake attractions and activities all within a few minute’s drive away!

The picturesque lakefront resort town of Menaggio with its charming lakefront promenade and cafe lined piazzas enjoys a wide range of amenities from restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets to convenient transport links which includes a fast and frequent ferry service to the resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia, a reliable bus service to Como city and Porlezza as well as direct road routes to Lake Lugano and Switzerland.

From Gaeta the wild north of the lake with its unspoilt scenery and it windsurfing, hiking, sailing and easy access to Madesimo ski resort, can easily be reached by the main scenic lake front road, which passes nearby the gated residence and is from where a frequent bus service operates.

Central lake activities are ideal for guests of all ages and interests with swimming, sailing, power boat hire, canoeing, tennis, golf, hiking, cycling and horse riding all within easy reach - to provide the perfect mix of tranquillity and action during your ever memorable Lake Como stay! Not amazing but great location

Location is amazing …love Lake Como and a short drive to Mennagio Apartment however is not what we have experienced elsewhere around lake como. Expensive for the quality, it’s a bit tired, the parking isn’t ideal but we made it work but the pool is lovely and the view from the balcony made our evenings. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place to families as facilities were very tired and we had an issue with the hot water but the management company sorted it the next day.

Great place for a vacation

Family of 4 - two teenagers, two adults stayed 4 days. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the stay in this property. Comments: - lovely terrace, not directly in sun - bathroom and bed linen could have been more clean. - garage very small. Normal car size did not fit ( Vw Passat). Other parking possibilities limited but it worked anyway. - nice pool area, wonderful view. - car is necessary to have - 10 min by car to lovely Menaggio with all services Strongly recommended by all four of us!
