"Our room was clean and very quiet! Nice parking area. I wish the signage on the outside of the street was better and I did have a little difficulty identifying the property. I lov d the location in Little Italy. Walking distance to some tea nice restaurants."

"The unit had a damp musky odor. The was a box of damp rid on the shelf in the bedroom, my shoes stuck to the floor in the bedroom and kitchen area. I cleaned the floor with paper towels. It was obvious that the floor had not been moped in a long time as it was filthy! The a/c was programmed to keep the unit freezing to keep the odor down. I would not stay here again."

"Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. "
