Spacious 6 Bedroom Vacation Home with Waterslide & Heated Saltwater Pool

  • Experience the best of what San Diego has to offer, complete with a view of the bay and SeaWorld fireworks, all without the noise and crowds found at the beach. This beautiful home features nearly 3,000 square feet of living space in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Enjoy quality family time in the heated saltwater pool, relax in the jacuzzi after exploring the sights, and have dinner together using the outdoor kitchen.


    The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and is ideal for couples and families. Before booking, please pay attention to San Diego noise ordinance and rules regarding noise and parties to avoid any issues. If your dates are not available, please ask about our other similar property nearby.

    You will receive access instructions 24 hours before your stay.

    A master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen bed in each. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and a balcony. The sixth bedroom has a trundle bed and a full-size bunkbed with a balcony off the room. We do have pack n plays, highchairs, umbrella stroller and more if needed. We do not charge for these items but please let us know if you need them so we can assure they are ready for your arrival.

    The house has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

    The best way to travel in San Diego is by rental car or Uber. We are only 5 to 25 minutes from most attractions.

    We do not allow parties or smoking.
    Your furry family members are allowed with a pet fee, but we ask that they not be left alone, on the furniture, or in the bedrooms, and we need to know the breed to approve them (for insurance purposes).

This backyard was easily the highlight of our trip. Very clean, a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out :) Will def look to book again next time we’re in San Diego!

What a fantastic place to stay, the pool and fire pit area are amazing. The house was so clean and comfortable, also close to so many great activities in San Diego. It is a 10 place to stay.

This house is perfect for a group. The pool and water slide alone make it amazing, but the hosts are also super responsive and helpful and very thoughtful in terms of ensuring the house had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if your family members like to swim and/or hot tub! Enjoyed the use of the outdoor kitchen too. The house had plenty of pool and bathroom towels! Also, it was really nice to have the use of a washer and dryer. April was great help with issues ( which were minor) and suggestions of where to go! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Our family of 13: 8 adults, 1 teen, 3pre-schoolers & 1 infant all enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool, hot tub & water slide are a great amenity and unlike anything we’ve ever seen at a rental in the past. The owner was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the baby gear: 2 high chairs, a crib and dinnerware & utensils for small hands. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the location provides easy access to airport, zoo & beaches. We look forward to staying here again next year for a spring break get-away.

Great time! The highlight of course is the back yard: pool, hot tub with grotto and waterfall, water slide, viewing deck with fire pit and views to the ocean! Comfortable beds with good linens. The house was an ideal place for our family, centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The outside area i.e pool, hot tub, slide, fire pit, was better than we anticipated, best part of our stay.

Great for our girls' trip

Our annual girls' trip was fun in part because of this house. We lounged by the pool, soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Thanks for being so communicative and taking great care in making sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Great outdoor space

Beautiful location. Near beaches, close to restaurants and shopping…not walking distance but a short drive away. Saltwater pool, hot tub and slide were a hit for our family! April was responsive and available when needed.
