"There wasn’t a coffee maker when we arrived, and the one later provided was leaking. We had to request another one afterward. It also felt like the appliances weren’t properly maintained, and there were no cupboards in the kitchen.
They provided the hotel extension number information, but there was no phone in the room. Had to contact them by email because nobody answered the hotel phone number.
The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work well, and the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there...

The room was lovely, there was yogurt, cheese and mandarins in the fridge in the room, and muffins were also provided, it was nice to be able to lounge in the room instead of going downstairs. The two-person tub was a bonus as well. Nice, quiet and close to everything."

"I had an accident, not on the property, so I spent most of my time in the room only.
It fit all my needs. Some updates to bathroom/shower facilities are needed such as grab bars and perhaps walk in showers. These facilities may have been available in other rooms, we did not think to ask. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of choice.
We would definitely go there again."

"Karey is a very personable host and if you are a dog lover she has 3 well mannered standard poodles; Wally, Tigre and Molly. If you like, Karey will call them into your room one at a time to meet you. The bed was comfortable, you have your choice of 3 breakfast items and ours was delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however , we plan to return to explore the surrounding beaches and walks."

The resort on site dining was superb and the grounds beautifully landscaped and maintained. We didn’t have time to try everything there but would come back for sure"

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Love the ducky in the room. The hotel is fantastic.
As a side note, Bin 5 is the restaurant right by the hotel. Only service dogs are allowed even for the patio. I thought it is dog friendly and this is part of the reason for staying at the hotel which is dog friendly. I ended up ordering take out as I have two dogs with me. No big deal but I thought it would be good if the restaurant is dog friendly too."
