"We had an excellent stay at Hannah St Hotel in Melbourne. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, well presented, and had a great overall feel from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the hotel is very well looked after, and the attention to detail really stood out.

"This was the second time i stayed at Clarion. It aas really great. The staff are great. I am grateful for the assistance from the front desk when i was running late for a show and the woman ordered a taxi for me so i could get there on time. Even with check out the front staff are just lovely. "

"Friendly staff who took the time and effort to explain all the finer details of the hotel at check-in, which was much appreciated. Room was spacious and super clean with the most amazing view. Nice modern bathroom with plenty of bench space, appreciated tge tea and coffee pods, comfy bed, location excellent. Can’t wait to return!"

"Lovely spacious apartment and super clean. Bed was very soft, like sleeping on a cloud! Amenities in the apartment were well provided. The only negative was that late check in was a little difficult as a link to pre check in went missing and the details weren’t provided until later than stated. But once they arrived all was very clear. And the gym needs some new kit - the weights available are sparse and random (although the view is amazing)"

"Very nice hotel but let down by the bathrooms (door doesn't fully close, no privacy lock, a night light which can't be turned off and is seen from the bed, and the shower rose leaks and has poor pressure). Fix those and it will be a 5 star hotel, but I call it 4.5 at best currently. "

"The hotel is right across from Flinders station and about a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross, making it easy to access many places. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I could easily walk to Hosier Lane and Chinatown. The Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River was about a 10 minute walk. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. "

"Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark.
Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear.
There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night.
Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom.
