The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. "It's pretty much what I expected: a small, modern and efficient hotel. In common with many places of it's size in Rome, there isn't a full-time staff, but our check in was handled well despite the late hour and we had no problems. Breakfast was good and housekeeping sufficient. Some reviews commented about noise, and while our window overlooked a busy square and we arrived on a Saturday night, we found the noise minimal. After that, it was non-existent."

"We had an amazing stay at Navona Central Suites in Rome. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our in-room private hot tub and sauna. The staff was so helpful and attended to our every need. The location as convenient with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We loved our stay. My only criticism is that the room was sometimes a bit too warm and we couldn't adjust the air conditioner ourselves. It would be nice if fans were placed in our rooms or ceiling fans. "
