"Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not...
