"Mario was one of the most welcoming and hospitable hosts I’ve ever had. Communication was timely, polite and helpful. My flight arrived early and Mario and his team were able to have the room ready before the standard check in time. He provided helpful tips throughout my stay and helped arrange a taxi back to the airport as well. While I was visiting I felt like I was coming home. Thank you Mario and team"

"My bed was very very comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Instructions were great. AC was on when I walked in and that was very comfortable. The shower was very small and a bit run down. Impossible to sleep in past 7am as other travelers were talking in the area outside everyone's doors. Stay for the location, but this isn't quite the 4 star hotel I was expecting."

"Nice room, good air con, good location Close to Spanish Steps. However, there are 3 different sites so you are not sure which you get. It is difficult to navigate back cos the link diection is to reception. Also, reception suppose to open frm 10 to 5pm. However it was closing at 3.30pm which give us a difficulty as our luggage was delayed and they had difficulty getting it delivered. In the end we had to go to the airport to collect it, causing lots of inconveniemce"
