The bottom floor has a kitchen, large dining room and large living area with two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds (2 bunk beds with bottom beds fulls size, sleeps 4) with a full bathroom. The second bedroom is a Master with a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom Upstairs has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath as well as a a Master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom with two walk-in showers and a bidet. There is also a spillover bedroom that is used as a TV room but can also sleep two additional people if needed. The apartment is approximately 7000 square feet and comes with a butler and an optional chef. Maid service and one parking spot is also included in the rental. The apartment also has 4 large, digital, internet flat screen TVs, a wine refrigerator and a gas grill to be used by the chef. The unit is air-conditioned and has free wifi throughout. All of the furniture is high-end as a result of our recent renovation. Ideal for family vacations looking to spend days on the beach or for a group of golfers looking for a relaxing place to unwind after a round of golf or a long day at the beach. Renters of this property are eligible for reduced greens fees from Punta Espada.
