"A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order...

"Nice hotel overall but not 5 stars. Upon arrival no directions for parking, nobody reaches out to help with luggage until you go to front desk. Multiple loungers around a small pool create definitely not 5 star impression. Rooms though are cozy and nicely renovated. The island itself is majestic and getting out of hotel was the best thing to do! "

"I usually stay at a hotel down the road a wee bit but it was fully booked. So i went for this place as it was recommended by a friend. Didn't disappoint, i had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back "

"Great location right on the first line of beach away from the PDC hustle and bustle but still only €6 in a taxi to get there. Hotel is vey clean and I definitely recommend the superior rooms as the standard are much older and in need of renovation. We went all inclusive and there was a great selection of food and drinks available. Id give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. "

"We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again."

"Ok in Bullet points Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating) Diner : 5 Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations). "We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. We enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, everywhere was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again in the future."

"Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. Apartments were nice, our internal doors didn’t close properly, but that’s a minor issue, they did shave a bit off the bedroom door as it wouldn’t move. "Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "
