"Just a good place to stay. A little hard to find; Google Maps live helped me out, make sure your smartphone’s battery is charged. Construction is nearby, just close the windows and you’ll sleep in just fine. Staff is limited but very friendly and very helpful. My room was missing TP; so I call front desk. House phone unplugged! I replug the phone, and call front desk and within minutes I had TP. They use fabric softener in their bedsheets and towels; if you are allergic or fragrance...

"If you stay more than 2 nights they upgrade you to a larger room with full size fridge, sink and cupboards along with a microwave. Air was not as cool as I would like but was sufficient. Good location to get around but beware downtown Halifax near rush hour as it is a nightmare. Close to Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg."

"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"Loved our room. Very comfy leather chairs. Bed was comfortable. Very close to Peggy’s Cove. Found an amazing restaurant just down the road in Hacketts Cove called the Finer Diner. We went there every night for dinner. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious."
