"This is a cute old Inn. Old being the operative word. If you like quaint, old world charm, this is a good place to experience it. The dining room is lovely. Large windows with panoramic view of the river. We only had the German Continental breakfast which differs from standard, so didn’t get to experience lunch or dinner, but I bet it would be very good. Very lovely staff and the owner also came to welcome us."

"The staff goes above and beyond! Arrived an hour early and no problem with check in! Email me option for hiking in the area! Brought me ice right to the cabin! Every time I ask, they deliver! The view from cabin is so peaceful and beautiful! Worth slowing down for the day and staying here. We are traveling he NS coastline by motorcycle and this was a perfect safe place to stop"

"The good: It's a bit cheaper than other places, The airport transfer is quick and free - 24/7. To us, this was a big plus. The bed was comfortable. The staff is really friendly. The okay: Everything is very worn and tired, especially the bathrooms, foyer, and restaurant. The restaurant (off the menu) was all right. We had basic items, and they were done well. The bad: The hotel breakfast was one of the worst I've seen."

"First room did not have AC, and we had to threaten them we were leaving to get a room that had ac. Morning lady was awesome. Other than that, the shower sucked, no laundry as stated..."

"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"Had a brief one night stay. Hotel was only 5 minutes away from the airport without going on the freeway, so that was a bonus. Also has 2 shuttles per hour. If you stay on the freeway side, you definitely can hear traffic noise. Breakfast was great and stocked constantly…all in all a good one night stay."

"Hotel was clean, big room. Hotel communicated prior to our stay to inquire about any needs. Traveled with our dog so appreciated the hotel being pet friendly with no extra charge. Hotel is 20 minute drive to downtown Halifax and close to a lot of stores."

"The unit itself was clean and tidy and organized the front door handle to the building is massive and almost fell off every time I went to open and close the door, knobs in the shower fixtures and handles were falling off and the hot tub doesn't have much water pressure so it takes an incredibly long time to fill.. Property all in all was nice on a quiet street and the place is very clean, the keypad door handles were an absolute pain and always stopped working. All in all this is a great place...
