"Great staff. Location in Seaport District was walking distance to everything. Parking was a beating as hotel doesn’t own lot and you have to pay a third party $60 to park for the night. Hotel room was comfy and clean."

"The hotel itself and the location was awesome. The room itself had literary no space. That in itself was very hard to get around. Coffee pot was on the low shelf with nowhere to move it up to. My poor husywas on his hands and knees making a cup of coffee. But they did have a bottle opener on the inside of the bathroom door 😳"

"Came here for the 4th of July. Staff handled the crowd well. Room was spotless and very comfortable. My one complaint is that the shower had terrible pressure and barely any hot water and I don't think it was just due to too many people at once. Otherwise it was a nice stay."

"I was very disappointed with our stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the rooftop pool, but after checking in we found out that pool access requires a reservation. This was never made clear during the booking process, and if it is mentioned somewhere on the website, it’s not easy to find. We only learned about it through a text message after we had already checked in—not from the hotel staff. We stayed from Friday through Sunday, and the pool was fully booked the entire weekend, so...
