"Top quality stay on Fifth Avenue. (Upgraded) room was beautiful, the gym was superb, and the staff was very helpful (late checkout, anyone?). Wasn't my first stay at the Peninsula, and I will always happily return (as long as the price is right, of course)."

We parked our car on arrival and didn't need it again until we left for home. I am a woman who travelled with my teenaged daughter and niece, and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood."

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."
