"Our new favorite hotel in NY. Great staff, great food (had breakfast) and prices are fair for NY! Our waiter at breakfast was fantastic. Owner (I would assume, older gentleman with white beard and a hat) came and checked on us, and later on shook our hand when we were leaving to thank us for our stay. Where do you get that anymore! "

"I enjoy the property’s proximity to Midtown sights and shopping. I feel it’s a nice property for a reasonable (NYC) price. Staff is always helpful. Only improvement would be coffee machine and water should be provided as a standard especially for premium rooms. We didn’t eat in the hotel this time but not sure a “tiki” hut motif is consistent with the hotel for a dining in option. Don’t mind something fairly casual we’ll have to try it next time. Overall always a pleasure to stay!"
