"I had such a beautiful stay at Ramsgate Hotel.
The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, which made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
The location is truly something special. Being right by Henley Beach, it is the closest I have ever stayed to the ocean, and it made the entire experience even more memorable.

"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter.
Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision.
Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"Very good hotel, good cleanliness, polite staff. We stayed in the "Ocean view room" and loved it. Excellent ambience with the constant sight of the beach from our room Even the decor in the Reception and above the stairs was beautiful.
We received a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate hubby's birthday and our anniversary, which was very thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.
Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to change the carpets in...

"The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly.
No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided.

1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location.

"Check-in after midnight was smooth, but unfortunately the experience after that was disappointing.
The night staff told me I could check out at 11:30am. However, when I called in the morning to extend my stay, I was told checkout was strictly at 11:00am. When I spoke to the manager, he said that his staff dont know anything and insisted I leave by 11.
