Historic Spanish-style Villa, Perfect for Family & Golf Retreats!

  • This Spanish Villa is quintessential Pebble Beach. Meticulously renovated to exacting standards and adorned with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings and appointments. Originally constructed in 1929, this is a historic home within Pebble Beach, built by the legendary Hugh Comstock, who was responsible for giving the Monterey Peninsula much of its architectural character.

    Fantastic for entertaining both golf executives and families looking to relax. There is a 5 hole putting green, elegant fire pit with antique water feature. Very private and yet steps to 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings and soft lighting for a relaxing environment to unwind and rest. There are also two Moroccan tile balconies that complement the graciousness of the home. Lastly, a full gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and seating area for 8-10 guests.

    Major amenities in Pacific Grove and Carmel within 10 minute drive.

The location was wonderful for us—near the beach, Spanish Bay and MPCC. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. We had a family gathering with 11 people (including two little ones), and everyone loved the house! We had a glitch finding the key for check-in, but the owner was very responsive about helping us thru that.

Splendid Property!

Family of ten had plenty of room. The gas fireplace, gas fire pit, and putting green were a big hit with our group. The grounds are beautiful. Good location and quiet. Nicely decorated and highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved the backyard with the putting green and fire pits. Many of our group took daily walks down to the ocean. Would highly recommend this home particularly for golf groups given its location.

All we could hope for!

We had an incredible family vacation at this home! Our expectations for this home were high based on all the pictures, and we were not disappointed. This home had room for all our extended family, from the many bedrooms and bathrooms to all the gathering areas. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, well stocked with all the necessary extras, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our whole family was sad to leave but we hope to be back someday to make more great memories!

Six ladies who share 60 years of close friendship came together to spend time together in a magnificent location. This is a spacious home with old world charm and modern updates. This home is immaculate and equipped with all a visitor could ask for in a vacation home!

Absolutely Lovely!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for our celebration. Very clean and well stocked of necessities. Beautiful location and close to the beach and store. We will want to come back. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect!

We gathered for our son's wedding at LaPlaya. Wanted a big enough space for ourselves, sons and partners, sister 91 yr old Grandmother. Everyone was happy and comfortable with accommodations. Kitchen so well stocked! Best ever. We enjoyed the two living spaces, fire pit, and putting. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Enjoyable Family Vacation

Our family of 12 including grandchildren visited the area for 8 days. The 6 bedrooms fit our needs. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The landscaping is very nice, and the home is well appointed and was roomy for our relatively large group. The host responded promptly and thoroughly from our initial inquiry throughout our stay. It seemed the home hadn't been used in a while and the cleanliness on our arrival did not seem as great as indicated in other reviews. Despite that, we would return again and recommend. A very pleasant stay.
