"Had such an amazing stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. They even managed to help us get placed in our room in the morning time, even though check-in was in the afternoon. Me and my friends will be back every time we go to New York."

"Nothing to dislike. This was my 2nd home until it was shut down. Reopened in May so of course after bouncing around other hotels in the area I'm back where I belong. Welcomed by Nelson and Sam when I walked in. New at reception was warmly welcomed by Gezennia. Went to the new bar area to see Javier. Nice renovated room on the 25th floor. Hotel renovations are great. As a Broadway fan close to All Broadway theatres and TKTS for discounted tickets. Plenty of restaurants for meals in all price...

"Only problem was over a 4 day stay we only had our bedsheets changed once and I'm not totally sure if they put new sheets on or just remade the bed."

"Absolutely no amenities. This is a no frills location. In window air conditioners, no refrigerators etc. The shower was quite bad,clean but maybe 1 foot wide and no conditioner. 2 very small elevators fit maybe 4 or 5 people and there are at least 12 floors. The cleaning crew were blocking the elevators at check in time so there was no way for anyone to use the elevators in a timely manner. The cleaning woman got smart with me. Not everyone has the ability to walk up or down 12 flights of...

"Good place to stay when you need to be close to Wall Street. The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location."

"The room view of the Empire State Building was incredible. The staff was super friendly and responsive. The daily breakfast and great and had plenty of staff to restock and clean the area. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel!"

"The staff was exceptional -very friendly and helpful! There was a mix up with the type of room I requested but they managed to rectify the error by moving us on the second night. To compensate for this inconvenience, we were given vouchers for complimentary dinner and drinks at the Fitzpatrick restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. "The rooms were clean. It was being remodeled the the lobby area. I would have liked to say in the lobby area. A little bit bigger, but the staff was great. It was a little pricey for breakfast. But the bagel was good. The starbucks was excellent.Air conditioning worked great, all in all.It was a good stay"
