We booked for 20 people. Told them that from the beginning prior to booking and after we booked, they sent a message asking us to confirm the amount of people. The night before we arrived. They then called after 9pm telling me they were going to charge another 300 because we had 20 people. After over an hour, they finally admitted this was inappropriate to do the night before we arrived especially since they were fully aware. In the end we only ended up having 18 people stay there but we had to bring an air mattress because there were not enough beds provided (again knowing we were planning for 20 people) Luckily we were only there for one night and made do. The check in process isn’t the easiest. One person has to get out to get the key, run up to the apartment, get the parking pass and bring it back out before you can park. The vents in the apartments could use a cleaning. Completely covered in dust/filth. The kitchen could use more spoons, there were only a few available. They didn’t provide clear instructions on check out, what to do with the trash or how to get the wifi password (had to call them to get it). All of this could/should be put in a message or on the app to prevent confusion. The beds we’re comfortable though. Not sure I’d stay again after this experience though.
