"The hotel is in a serene location. The staff, Mr. Jim, was professional and welcoming. This is my second time staying at the hotel because its location near Mount Holyoke College. The hotel was very nice with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was nicely set up of protein (eggs and ham or sausages), carbs (pancakes or french toast sticks, potatoes), fruits and an area of beverage machine and bread. "It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area. "
