All was good. Wished there was coffee in the room and the heating / cooling system had an off switch. For one night and the price, it was fine. Cool bar & outside area.

There was trash strewn around the property, an outside deck inaccessible, piled with furniture, a muddy driveway and walk, a space heater for the room, windows with poor insulation...not at all what was represented on the website.

I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. ...
