Clean rooms, Foods are very expensive breakfast $24 and $13 for kids. $20 for parking/night. Also, My family felt the water park areas were too cold. However, we loved the activities for kids like meet the wolf, dance party and story time.

Have stayed here about 6 times over the past five years. My favorite hotel, has all the amenities I like and need, a large pool good for lap swimmers. A large fitness center with racquetball courts. We loved our stay over Christmas at this beautiful Leicester home. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular. The host, Lucas, was very responsive and accessible for anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book again when in the area visiting family.
