Some things I was going to let go by the wayside but the way the manager talked to me, I let it all out, 2 blown light bulbs in the room, went to turn a different light on in the bedroom and the top of the light, not just the shade, fell off, we came to the pool yesterday and a large group of guests from some other country were in the pool area, signs posted no food or glass, well they had a spread and all kinds of hard liquor in glass bottles, I have no problem with the food or liquor, it was all the glass, if one of these kids got a cut I was going to lose it, they also had a Bluetooth speaker outside blaring at the hot tub, speedos, a couple older than my husband and I, I’m 51, I just about banging in the pool the speedo definitely didn’t help his cause, went to the front desk about the glass, management came and the people took the bottles and hid them under the cover of the hot tub, management didn’t watch them remove the glass, nor did the come back into the pool area as like a follow up to see if everything was settled down, then back in our room, the one next to us had thumping music going until at least 3am, the family above us must have been letting their kid jump off furniture all night and started right back up at 545 am and the kid was screaming Mom, Mom wake up mom then dad yelling at the kid. I did speak to Robin in the morning, she comped an additional night. Not a great experience, will give 2nd chance though.
