"Great place, slept all 7 of us no problem. Owner had little care packages for every room with soap, tooth brush, ear plugs and slippers. Fresh oranges in the kitchen. Easy to contact if needed. My Santa Fe fit down the narrow drive and we had 2 parking spots. Very clean. Close to bus stop. It is 2nd floor and w of the 4 bedrooms were on 3rd floor. 1 bathroom but we had no issues with that. "Great location and super communication with the host. We had an issue with the WiFi and the host went out of his way to troubleshoot and sent service from the company over. It was unfortunate, but they host did everything they could to address in a timely manner.One thing to note: If you're staying with family, there isn't a lot of plates or kitchen necessities like cookie sheets or colanders, etc. So if you plan on making dinner in, make sure to bring your own items. "

"Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. "My family had such a great time at the Victorian Blue. We hosted a dinner for my son being starting his new career. The house is beautiful and cozy. Had everything we needed. Instructions were clear cut and the host was responsive. Great stay. I would love to come back!"

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. "A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor."

"Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. "Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!"
