"My 2 night stay here was a relaxing break. The hotel is directly across the street from Hampton Court Palace which made the visit so easy. A short walk from the train station is a plus. The staff in all areas was exceptional and very helpful. The menus in the restaurants are varied and I must compliment the chef and waitstaff for delivering a quality experience. However we asked if breakfast was still available at 9.55 and the staff said "I dont think so". They could have asked chef, before dismissing our query, so that left us feeling less pleased with our stay. We had a gorgeous brekky at the Anglers by the lock, so if you miss the 10am deadline try there 🙂"
