"Ideal location as I was attending a wedding. The room was available ahead of time and it was spacious and done in wonderful taste in decor. There are also limited parking spaces for residents. Clean, efficient and a comfortable stay."

However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and...

"Loose tiles on bathroom floor. Very tiny tv that had basically 1 channel. Pillows on bed were very cheap quality. Room was extremely tiny.
On the positive side, location was great, water pressure was very good, and price was good. "

Only downside to the pub as a guest was we were unable to get a nightcap on our return at 11pm. Breakfast very nicely set out. Ingredients fresh and flavoursome. If returning to the are, will definitely stay again. "

"The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

Sin embargo la habitación que nos asiganaron estaba en un piso que no tiene elevador y asi es complicado cuando llevas maletas pesadas. El transporte publico pasa cerca y a solo 10-15 minutos se llega caminando al centro de Richmond"

But the most improvable thing, from my point of view, is the wifi service: why MUST I log in via Facebook? ( I tried, but I was unable to log in. The other "option" was to fill-in a document with personal data). It was a rather negative point in an otherwise nice- and a bit pricey- stay."

"Excelente hotel para viaje de negocios. Muy buena unicación, a unos pasos de la estación del metro. Las habitaciones estan remodeladas, modernas. Tiene elebador. Un lobby comodo para trabajar con buen internet. La habitación sencilla que me toco es muy muy pequeña, con cama mas pequeña que indiviual en america. Pero contaba con lo necesario."
"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.
The customer service is 10 out of 10.
The decoration of the whole hotel is new
Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
I'll come back for sure.

".A la llegada descubrimos que estaban en obras en el hotel.Haciendo el check in,preguntó por el ruido y la recepcionista me contesta que es solo d 9:00am a 17pm ..Le digo que ese horario no es compatible con nuestro descanso ,viajando con un niño d 6 años y me dice que cancele la reserva (sin posibilidad de reembolso los 520€ x 3 noches ,3 personas ).Fue una mala respuesta,esperaba que nos diera una solución,como buscar una habitación lejos del ruido ya que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío .Nos quedamos porque nos interesaba esa ubicación y nuestros horarios se adecuaban bastante a los d la obra .
El personal de la cafetería fue agradable y el desayuno estaba bien .
