"This rental was better than expected. It was relatively centralized to everything restaurants, city activities, NYC, and of course the American Dream! The only small issue was parking but it wasn’t too bad! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from again!"

"When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. "Wanted to grab a place in Jersey City as a place to crash before and after a birthday party. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. Check in and check out was a breeze and the dedicated parking space was super convenient. Would highly recommend!"

"Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here"

"Place was nice and clean. We had an issue with stairs and host got it fixed quickly. If renters don't tell the host of issues found they won't get fixed. Host was great getting item fixed."

"Nice place to rest but a bit small, quiet neighborhood. All rooms are upstairs, so it’s a little inconvenient if you have large luggage. In general, it’s great"

"The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully!! The apartment also has access to a private backyard which was really pretty. Faria, the owner was very nice and so was her assistant Tiffany. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay. It is really close to the Journal Square Path (like a 7 minute walk) and is close to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed!"
