The Space: On the first floor you will find the spacious living room, updated kitchen, dining area and half bathroom. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a chest full of games for you to enjoy during your stay. The dining area is just off the living room and features a large table with seating for up to six people! The proximity to the kitchen makes this the perfect space to entertain, and host family or friends for dinner! The kitchen has been recently updated and features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a small table perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or working from home! You can access the outdoor patio and back yard from the sliding door in the kitchen. The yard is fully fenced in. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! Also on the first floor is a half bath for your convenience as well as the full size washer/dryer.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and full size bathroom. Each bedroom is spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light! The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, outfitted with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom and features a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway, and includes a separate vanity on this side creating privacy from the master! The additional two bedrooms feature a Queen size, and Full sized bed.

Outside on the right of the home you'll find space for 2 vehicles to park during your stay.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

Great location, perfect family property

My family of 5 enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property in Mount Pleasant. The location is ideal--a quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to everything we wanted. The host was very good about checking on us but not overly communicative--just right. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed including great family games and a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
